Australasian Pipit

Australasian Pipit (Image ID 47031)
CommentThis Australasian Pipit hopped onto a volcanic rock in the coastal grasslands of Altona, Victoria. The background of surrounding grasses gave a pleasant ochre that I think complements the rock, in colour and texture, on which the bird is perched.
