CommentAfter waiting for some time, the Spotted Crake finally appeared out of the dark fringes of the pond, flicking its tail. There was good light on the bird which contrasts with the edge of the pond. Cropping was kept to a minimum as I wanted to depict the moment as it was then, which was the Crake making its way along the mangrove shoots.
