I'm pleased to have recently joined.
Having taken snapshots to help with working out IDs after birdwatching, I'd like to move to making some images like the inspiring ones I've seen here.
I look foward to submitting some photographs for critique.

Welcome to BLP Darryl, you have landed in a good place. There is lots of help here if you care to ask and don't forget to check out the back issues of the BLP Newsletter which can be found under 'Resources' on our website. There is also a selection of technical articles that might be of interest to you. Give back as well as take by participating in our Forum discussions, contributing to the Newsletter, enter competitions, submit images to the gallery, and volunteering to help where you can. The Critique Gallery is a good place to start where you can discover traps and pit-falls to be avoided and pick up tips on how to quickly improve your work. I hope BLP lives up to your expectations and that you enjoy your photography more.
Cheers, Ian
