I got an "error processing page" message when I clicked the video link, and the video wouldn't start. (using Google Chrome in my case)

Hi Craig. Iam not able to view the video even after opening with Firefox. Grahams notes are accessible and very well stated.

I am able to view the video with a right-click, open in a new tab, then play it.

I also had a chat with our website administrator and all looks OK.

If streaming the video does not work, you could try using the download button immediately below the video, to save the file temporarily to your local device to view it. The file is about 630MB.

We've seen a few Javascript errors reported from the website from the page containing this video, from four members. A common factor is that they are all using either Safari or Microsoft Edge as their browser. Our testing today with Microsoft Edge has produced the same errors (we've not yet isolated the exact cause), but the video eventally played; we are unable to test with Safari.

Our recommendation, if your are experiencing problems, is to use either Chrome or Firefox as your browser. We have had image upload problems with Safari for several years, but this is the first issue where we've seen problems with Edge.

Hi Rob et al.,
Still getting the same problem with Chrome at this stage. Also, file download is failing due to "Network error", but I have no other internet access issues currenlty.
