CommentEach afternoon whilst staying on a mates property my wife and I would take our chairs and sit on a dam waiting for the local birds to use a favorite perch for a drink and a bath. Due to the cooler weather visits were very infrequent and lasted only a matter of minutes. These birds are always arguing and offer some great opportunities. This trip allowed me to experiment with different settings on the R7, and trying to get a handle on the new tracking options. Managed some good and some very bad results, but I learnt a lot. Processed in DXO Pureraw 2, imported into Lightroom for colour adjustments and resizing.
