CommentBug numbers were up at the WTP and as a consequence the number of Terns was also up. We came across a pond which had dozens of Tern feeding on small bugs that landed in the water. The R5 takes 20 frames per second so I racked up a few hundred shots trying to capture some of the activity.
EquipmentCanon R5 Canon 200-400 f4 iso 2000 - 1/5000 - f8 - 560mm - manual exposure - monopod - White balance and brightness processed in Canon DPP 4, Levels and curves adjusted in Photoshop - noise managed via Topaz DeNoise AI - changed from a 16 tiff file to 8 tiff - subject selected and final subtle sharpening applied via smart sharpen.
