| Comment | I know these guys are a pest but so many birders I know love them. They're particularly busy at the moment flying round in pairs and in constant song and call. This bird was mid-chortle as I took the shot. The lantana it's perched on is also a pest, but provides excellent cover for the smaller birds in this area. So this image is an example of introduced species looking forgivably lovely. | ||||||||||||||||||
