| Comment | I was watching some cockatoos foraging beneath some deciduous trees, when I saw this White-bellied Cuckoo-Shrike flying to the ground for food. It is my first sighting of this species. This individual appears to have a deformed left foot. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Equipment | Camera: Olympus E-M1 Mk II Lens : Panasonic Leica 100-400; F4.0-6.3 Exposure: 1/1250 sec; F8; ISO 1250; Lens focal length 400mm. Processed in Photoshop Elements. The bird and branch were selected, and the shadows and highlights of the selection were enhanced. Sharpness was subsequently enhanced. The shadows and highlights of the background (except for the tree trunk) were separately enhanced. | ||||||||||||||||||
