CommentGrey Honeyeater – a very plain bird with no obvious distinguishing features. If you get a good look, it has a faint eye-ring. The slightly decurved bill can be two-tone, with the lower mandible being paler. Also it does not have the obvious separation of white underparts and grey upperparts of Mangrove and White-breasted Robins. In the field it is more likely to be confused with Western Gerygone (red eye and white in undertail) and thornbills, so you need to look for eye-colour and bill shape. Can be a tricky one.
