CommentA robust, medium-size, 'gadfly' petrel. The more common light morph shown here breeds on a few island off southern Tasmania and New Zealand. Uncommon and always a highlight on a pelagic trip

Manual, spot metering, AI Servo AF with 4-pt expansion, f/6.3, 1/2000 sec, ISO 2500.
Processed with DPP4 and PSE14 with Neat Image plug-in.
