| Comment | I spent morning at the Thallon Wheat Silos , photographing a flock of Galahs and Cockatiels feeding on the Sorghum that had spilled from the trucks.There was at least 100 Cockatiels in this flock. As I had decided to use my 800mm lens, this image is a fairly close up shot which I have not cropped.Photographing a flock of birds at close range has its challenges not only having some of the birds in sharp focus but also being able to compose the shot as the action happens so quickly. | ||||||||||||||||||
