CommentBrown Gerygones are not that common around Melbourne - but you do see them from time to time in the Dandenong Ranges. I have had a few goes at trying to get decent image of one - without much luck. But yesterday (07.11.2022) I finally got 1 (and only 1!) good image.
EquipmentCanon EOS 5D Mk IV,
EF400mm f/4 DO IS USM +1.4x III
SpeedLite 580EX II + Better Beamer
Hand held.
1/1,250th sec at f/8 , ISO 2000.
Processed with Photoshop 23.1 with Neat Image v9 plugin (Noise reduction and Sharpening).
