CommentSatin Bowerbirds are resident at O'reilly's Resort and this female looked quite at home on a lawn in the accommodation area. What was unusual is that it spent around ten minutes eating blades of grass. It did not seem to be eating grubs/insects or grass seeds. I have not seen this type of behavior before.
