CommentAustralian Shoveler, Northern Shoveler and male Chestnut Teal in breeding plumage all have green or greenish heads. Of these three, only the latter has a rich chestnut breast. Note also the red eyes and the small white underwing flash. Not obvious from this image, Chestnut Teal are small and have a dainty jizz compared to shovelers.
