Image Processing

These articles relate mainly to processing of image files after they have been transferred from the camera to a computer.  They include use of computer software such as raw convertors and image processing software such as Digital Photo Professional (DPP), Photoshop/Photoshop Elements (PS/PSE) and Lightroom (LR), and the steps recommended to get the most out of your photographs through image processing and development.

    Rob has set out a good basic guide to image processing, including getting the image onto your computer, storing and organising images, a set of steps (using Photoshop Elements) to process the image, and producing the final amended image. A good place to start for a beginner who wants to get into processing raw files.
