CommentOne of my favourite water birds is the Great Crested Grebe. I was photographing this bird when all of a sudden it flattened itself out low. I was wondering why it was displaying this kind of behaviour when all of a sudden it went like a bullet at the poor unfortunate Duck you can see in the left of the image. Needless the say the Duck made a hurried exit and the GC Grebe went about it's business normally again.
EquipmentCanon 5D Mark iv Canon 200-400 f4 iso 320 - 1/2000 - f5.6 - 560mm - manual exposure - monopod Initially processed in Canon DPP 4, finished in Photoshop Elements CC with Neat Image as per process advised by Glenn Pure/Ian Wilson.
