CommentDue to the recent rains in the Gulf Country there are literally thousands of wetland birds up at Karumba. I saw hundreds of Glossy Ibis and was lucky here to get close to this individual. Many people would believe that they are a black bird however when the sun hits them at the right angle it reveals a different story. Such a unique and beautiful bird.
EquipmentCanon R5 Canon 200-400 f4 iso 800 - 1/2500 - f8 - 560mm - manual exposure - used car as a hide Initially processed in Canon DPP 4, finished in Photoshop Elements CC with Neat Image as per process advised by Glenn Pure/Ian Wilson.
