CommentI have submitted this Image of a Common Greenshank because I particularly like the detail and colour of the feathers on its back which I have been able to capture by being quite close to the bird, while lying prone on the seaweed and observing it while it was feeding along the shore-line in front of me.
EquipmentNikon D500 camera, Nikkor 180–400mm f/4E TC1.4 FL ED VR lens, hand-held.
1/3200 second at f7.1.
Focal length 550 mm, ISO 2000.
