CommentThe Common Bronzewing has a lingering, mournful call that will freely lead to its location, but it is easily flushed and readily takes off with a sharp wing clatter. I managed but 3 or 4 captures before this bird took of, landing too high up in a nearby, dead tree for suitable reach of my camera rig
