CommentRed Wattle Birds are a great pollinator and Xanthorrea flower spikes are a favourite. There are many flowering now (Nov 2020) in the Botanic Gardens in Canberra and if you find one well lot and wait eventually birds will appear along with butterflies, flies and moths etc. The trick then is to get a pleasing action and composition as I was happy with here.
