CommentI was about to leave when this guy flew in and perched right in front of me - thank you Mother Nature! Posed beautifully for me with tail and head towards camera - perfect position! So eye visibility, bill and head direction is great. Sharpness with the brilliant new EM1X autofocus is working well for me here and was very happy with the exposure and DoF. I enjoyed the texture and lines of the dead tree here.
EquipmentOlympus OMD EM1X Olympus 300mm +MC-20 @600mm f/8 - on camera flash fill used as it was quite shaded with dull light.
