CommentI was pleased with this image of a Dusky Moorhen foraging in a pond in the Japanese section of the Botanic Garden. There is a red footbridge across the water, and this is partially reflected in the water, and adds interest and colour. The reflection of the bird's head and neck is clear, and the catch light in the eye is visible in the reflection.

Lens : Panasonic Leica 100-400 /F4.0-6.3
Exposure 1/640, F9; ISI 800; Focal length 300mm
The image was processed in PHotoshop Elements, by enhancing the shadows and highights, and sharpening.
