CommentI have now had a chance to shoot more birds in flight albeit under non-ideal lighting conditions. I have found the EVF experience little different to the OVF of a DSLR except when shooting the electronic shutter (20 fps). The video feed to the EVF starts to 'stutter' but tracking is maintained. I have had good results with the eye AF and tracking on flying kookaburras, rosellas and wattlebirds. The next challenge is small birds in flight. Comments and questions welcome.
