CommentI captured this acrobatic bird as he clung to the verticle branches to to see what I was doing. There is a little too much underside although I feel capturing a bird in his natural environment, in reasonable detail, is worth keeping. I sometimes procrastinate between ‘soft’ and ‘sharp’ when processing (Lightroom Classic). I suspect prioritising ‘aperture’ rather than ‘speed’ as I have done here, may give me a softer look out of the camera. I also feel shooting a telephoto at full stretch rather than getting closer doesn’t help. I see great examples on this site of soft detailed photographs.. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
