CommentClassic 'Bird on a Wire' with a typical Canberra Winter crystal clear blue sky. There is something quite regal about a Laughing Kookaburra surveying the Australian landscape with the blue jewels on its wings. As one birding friend said to me many moons ago - 'Always look around and check the wires wherever you are.' He was right! Great afternoon light with catch light and clean blue bokeh. Australian icon with Australian sky.
