CommentI liked this photo for its capture of an intimate moment between two Gannets. Despite the frenetic activity from the surrounding colony these birds spent a long time gently preening each other and touching beaks. Due to the packed nature of the colony it was not possible to isolate these birds completely but I still like this picture for the eye contact and clarity.
