CommentIn the late afternoon I could hear black cockatoos nearby. Glancing out to the newly rejuvenated native garden I saw a Carnaby's Black-Cockatoo drinking at the recently installed birdbath. I was able to get fairly close to photograph this beautiful bird. An endangered species. The darkening light meant that I needed to keep the shutter speed slower and the ISO higher than I usually would.
