| Comment | It is never easy getting close when the shorebirds are resting on rocks and shells. Today I was lucky. The tide was coming in and the birds were slowly moving in occasionally hopping on one leg ever closer and closer to the spot I had chosen to observe from. Many of the bird starting to colour up before they migrate. | ||||||||||||||||||
