CommentBreeds on Barrier Islands of NI New Zealand and occasionally visits eastern Australian waters with records from pelagic trips out of Southport to Wollongong. Key ID points are the black tip of the bill and black feet projecting beyond the tip of the tail.
EquipmentCanon 1DxII + 400 mm f/4 DO II + 2x III extender, hand-held.
Manual, spot metering, AI Servo with spot AF, f/8, 1/3200 sec, ISO 500.
Processed using DPP4 and PSE14 with Neat Image plug-in.
