| Comment | Subspecies nana with buff-orange eye-ring, sides of forehead, and lores. I was surprised to see such a small robin tackle a skink. After bashing the lizard senseless it was swallowed whole a few moments after capturing this image. The bird noticeably swelled in size and rested for quite some time before taking off. | ||||||||||||||||||
