CommentThere are three species of Bristlebirds. All tend to skulk noisily in thick vegetation and are generally seen close to the ground where they can move quickly. Populations are disjunct at species level. Compared to the other two, the Rufous Bristlebird has a rufous crown, nape an ear coverts.
