| Comment | I was driving slowly through the rainforest at night and the car headlights just illuminated the presence of this wonderful predator waiting in the shadows of the dense understory. I pulled up and grabbed the image with a low shutter speed to avoid using flash. Despite my presence, moments later the owl swooped onto the road and devoured a moth caught in the headlights. It appeared to be a very well practiced manoeuvre. | ||||||||||||||||||
