Purple Swamphen

Purple Swamphen (Image ID 46459)
CommentThis image was taken in the last light of the day which gave the portrait a nice mood. I was happy with the detail in the feathers and I particularly like the pose during its preening session and how one fine feather slightly obscures the beak but you can still see through it.
