Buff-banded Rail

Buff-banded Rail (Image ID 46458)
CommentThe entire bird is sharp in this image and the early light gave nice colouring in the water from the surrounding vegetation. The yellow flowers also add extra interest to the image. This bird only appeared for a very brief moment before scurrying into the reeds.
