Purple Swamphen

Purple Swamphen (Image ID 46337)
CommentI selected this photo as it displays the bird in its natural habitat, as its moves through the water to rest on a fallen branch. The image is also attractive due its sharpness despite being in motion. The detail in the pink legs and the rosy colour of the beak just makes it a nice image to look at.
