Yellow-tufted Honeyeater

Yellow-tufted Honeyeater (Image ID 44824)
CommentDuring a week long road trip west of Brisbane to Cunnumulla I found many new species of birds that I hadn't seen before. These particular birds were so busy chasing each other, drinking from a small dam and generally having the time of their life that I watched their antics for close to an hour. This was the only photo I got where one of them sat still long enough for me to shoot off a few frames before joining back in the fun and games.
