Black Honeyeater

Black Honeyeater (Image ID 44735)
CommentIt is always great to see a lifer but fantastic to get an image of the lifer the first time you saw it. There was not much cover where this pic was captured in deep west Queensland so duck-walking was the preferred style of mobility in an effort to get a bit closer to the subject. Normally fast moving it stayed still just long enough to fire off a few shots.
