What i like about this photo is the direction of lighting, it was sunrise in the Yarra Valley and all of the Galahs seem to look for water and food at this time of day, i could hear them coming up the gully, one pair kept of flying and the other stopped at this cattle trough for a quick drink break. i was waiting for a bit for them to get into the right position but they didn't quite get to the position i wanted but where they were was pretty good.
