Laughing Dove

Laughing Dove (Image ID 36156)
CommentThis bird was cooing when this photo was taken, hence the distended throat and chest. They are one of the most common birds in suburban Perth, and I believe their range is extending. I love the subtle, understated colours, which is a feature of many of the "grey" doves around the world.
