CommentFor this competition I searched for an image in which expresses the way in which birds on a high wire reflects the way in which humans are living on the high wire of Global Warming.
This is the closest I could come to expressing this thought.
In terms of the composition, the birds are completely dwarfed.
The usual 'rule of threes' has been replaced by the brutalist arrangement of poles and wires.
The sky colour has an edgy feel to it and the choice of species - the introduced Common Starling - complements the overall feeling of an alien world.
