Little Corella

Little Corella (Image ID 34881)
CommentA flock of Little Corellas landed on the row of ornamental pears we have in our yard this particular morning in early March. They were raucous and noisy and busy bouncing from tree to tree, hanging upside down on branches while they feasted on the tiny fruit. This one tried the wire as a landing spot. Needless to say, this fellow didn't last long on the wire! Delightful to watch, as the fruit they were demolishing was of no value whatsoever.
