CommentOver the past couple of weeks the honeyeater migration has been in full swing in the ACT. This year, we have been entertained by small groups of birds lingering in our eucalypts hunting for lerps, and flying down to drink at water sources. Normally we only notice the migrating groups flying overhead. These flocks are exclusively Yellow-faced Honeyeaters, although occasionally they have mingled with Grey Fantails and our resident Spotted Pardelotes.
