Dusky Grasswren

Dusky Grasswren (Image ID 34239)
CommentMy wife and I had spent three mornings on Pound Walk at Ormiston Gorge searching for the Dusky Grasswren and so far not a glimpse. We were about to pack it in when a couple stopped to find out what we were up to. After a chat they went on there way but had not gone five steps when the lady said "there's a little brown bird'. I did a quick 180, followed the pointing finger and there it was! Not only did i get a new bird but managed a decent shot before it disappeared amongst the rocks again.
