Sooty Tern

Sooty Tern
Resolution1400x933
ID32843
CommentSooty Terns were once only on the outer Islands and Balls Pyramid around LHI. After a successful cat eradication they now have come back to the main Island in their thousands. They don't really have a nest to speak, just lay on the dirt or sand. This is a shot of a chick being fed on the beach.
