Grey Teal

Grey Teal
Comment:This image was captured 520 metres from the national capital's central post office.

While Canberra looks neat, tidy and orderly to the casual visitor and to most inhabitants, it has an environmental underbelly - the storm water drains. This one is euphemistically called 'Sullivan's Creek.'

From a photographic construction point of view, the bright clarity of the watchful eye stands in nice pictorial contrast to the washed out dross surrounding it.
