Australasian Shoveler

Australasian Shoveler
Resolution:1400x983
ID:26590
Comment:The glancing light on the Shoveler's beak caught my attention. It's the kind of thing you would expect to see on a superhero's tooth. I think that's an extension of this light into the water in front of the bird. The light on the water shows what the day was like with its blues and soft greys, and, also outlines the birds movements. The shadows on the right of the bird help to show off his magnificent beak.
