Have been really chuffed that @birdlifephotographyaustralia has recently posted 3 of my photos to Instagram.

Have been slightly miffed that attribution has not been given for the last 2 of them.

Hi Andrew - sorry about the error on Instagram for your last two posts. I did include all the relevant information including credit to your for the shots in my original post. I am having some issues with my hashtags which has caused all the info to be deleted upon posting. I have now addressed this except for the hashtags which I will fix today. Andrew I really like posting your great shots and as you would note I always include the EXIF information with all posts. It would make it easier for me if you could include your EXIF information in your comments section for future posts, thanks.

Hi Andrew - thank you for drawing this issue to our attention. As you know the copyright for your images remain with you and our policy is that the authors of images are always acknowledged whenever images are used. Clearly, the issue you raise has occurred as result of a hashtag artifact.
On behalf of the BLP committee I apologise that this has occurred and sincerely thank Tim Van Leeuwen, who manages our Instagram page on a voluntary basis, for addressing this issue so quickly.
For other members reading this post I reinforce Tim's request that as we post EXIF data with each image members will make the Instagram process much easier if members include their EXIF information in the comments section for each image.
I also advise members that issues such as this can be dealt with quicker if you send an email to our BLP address.
Best wishes
Graham Cam
